Jason presents regularly on workers’ compensation and employment law related matters to professional industry groups in Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. He also conducts in-house training sessions for occupational and orthopedic doctors, insurance brokers, insurance claims representatives, safety managers, workers’ compensation coordinators and fellow attorneys.
